The unusually heavy rain in Southern Norway over the past week has led to flooded basements and closed roads in many places. The Oslo-Bergen railroad is blocked.
The situation is worst in Buskerud and Telemark, where at least ten county roads are closed because of flood water.
The Oslo-Bergen railroad is closed between Flaa and Nesbyen, after a mud and rock slide caused by flooding blocked the tracks.
