DENVER -- A spring storm dumped nearly 1.5 feet of snow on the Colorado foothills on Tuesday while bringing a tornado, hail, rain and floods to other parts of the state.There were no immediate reports of injuries after the tornado touched down near the small town of Wild Horse about 110 miles southeast of Denver. Several buildings were damaged, the Cheyenne County Sheriff's Department said, but no details were immediately available.Evergreen, in the foothills west of Denver, reported 16 inches of snow. Other foothills towns reported 6 to 14 inches.
