Fatal Cold Wave Hits South Asia

New Delhi, Feb 11. (PTI): At least 14 people have died in several parts of northern India as torrential rains over the past few days have thrown normal life out of gear in the region.
People preferred to remain indoors due to the intermittent rains. According to Met officials, cold conditions have revived due to a strong western disturbance currently lying over Jammu and Kashmir and adjoining areas.
